How Bright Is White?

The HID lights, this comments form allows YOU to leave your thoughts, comments, and opinions about the page subject.

High Intensity Discharge "head lights".All comments related to this subject will be posted to the bottom of this page.

HID, High Intensity Discharge, (also known as xenon) refers to lighting technology that relies on an electrical charge to ignite xenon gas in a sealed bulb.

All-though they use less power to illuminate, the light output from a 35W HID Xenon lamp produces around 300% more light than a 55W halogen bulb.
"white lights!", I guess I can't say white, I found up to 5 different, very bright colors so far that people are starting to use on their vehicles.
It's said that you can enhance your night driving visibility dramatically, around 200%, making it excellent for spotting those Deer and other animals much, much, farther down the road.

Hi! about HID lights, I work construction and go to work every morning around 6:30am. 6 day-wk.
When facing two or three at a time, I find it really hard to see what's in front of me. They are to just bright.
They also seem to have a certain point were they are extremely bright, coming around corners, curves, they flash your eyes, like a flash bulb. I don't like them.
